Title companies should contact the association at uppersilverlakemichigan@gmail.com for information on outstanding dues, assessments, and liens. There is a $125 Transfer of Ownership Fee charged to the new owners at the time of property transfer, including but not limited to quitclaim deeds. (approved by USLIA Board September 12, 2023)
