Annual Boat Parade

The 2024 Annual Boat Parade is Wednesday, July 3

Please check out the information below if you plan to participate or want to help support this community event

Tips for Participants

Participating boats will meet at the island at 8 PM and line up behind the Eagle Boat.

This year, each lot will have the chance to vote via a link sent in the Association Newsletter and available on the Upper Silver Lake Facebook group.  Only 1 vote per lot will be accepted. Voting will start at 8:00 pm and end by 9:15 pm.  Winners will be announced via the Upper Silver Lake Facebook group. Trophies will be given to 1st-3rd place. Recipients will be able to keep their trophies to display in their cottages and will surely make great conversation pieces in the future!

Celebrate America’s birthday with your best patriotic decorations, and remember your lot number must be clearly displayed large enough for people to see. For those residents who live in the coves and narrow  parts of the lake that the parade cannot access, we will post pictures of the entries on the Upper Silver Lake Facebook group so you can vote if you cannot make it to a common area to view the parade. The parade will go through Sunshine Bay. Since Arrowhead Bay is too tight for the larger pontoon boats, the parade will go as close to the mouth of the bay as possible but will not enter the bay.
