Common Areas Reminders
Common areas are lots that the Upper Silver Lake Improvement Association owns. Many of these lots offer access to association members who do not have a property that fronts the lake. We are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of these lots, and a portion of USLIA dues go toward this maintenance.
On the map, Common Areas are highlighted in yellow, and the red dots indicate where a USLIA-owned swim raft is located. These rafts are installed in the spring and uninstalled in the fall in coordination with the USLIA board.

USLIA Common Area Rules
Swim at your own risk.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
No trespassing, USLIA members and guests only.
No overnight parking.
No motorized vehicles, bikes, scooters, or skateboards.
No personal items can be stored on Common Areas.
No camping, burning, or campfires.
No alcohol, fireworks, or commercial activity.
Clean up trash and pet waste and dispose of it properly.
Pets must be under control and on a 6’ leash at all times.

Violating USLIA rules will result in a fine. The USLIA Board reserves the right to seek damages in addition to fine.
The Marine Patrol and Department of Natural Resources monitor Upper Upper Silver Lake.
Parcel B Empty lot between Holiday Drive & 34th Ave. Access is from Holiday Drive. Property owners can drop organic yard materials such as lawn clippings, small tree branches, leaves, and plant trimmings in this lot from April through November, weather permitting. PLEASE keep everything in the middle of the lot. No stumps, tree trunks, logs, treated wood, plastic bags, containers, or trash of any kind. ABSOLUTELY NO BURNING! Removal of waste is a service provided by the USLIA.
Lot 402 Common Area with swing set, slide, and teeter-totter. Located at corner of Sea Pine Drive and Lumberjack.
Lot H Common Area between Lots 384 and 385 off Sea Pine Drive. Has USLIA swim raft.
Lot 121 Common Area in Sunshine Bay (off Fox Road). Has USLIA swim raft.
Lot E Common Area in Sunshine Bay (approximately at the corner of Lakevilla Court and Ridge Road). Has USLIA swim raft.
Lot 17 Common Area off Lakeview Drive. Has USLIA swim raft.
Lot B Common Area off Lakeview Drive. Has USLIA swim raft.
Lot A Common Area off Silverdam Dr. next to Boat Launch.

Lot 197 Common Area located in the center of Arrowhead Dr.
Lot G Common Area that is unimproved.

Lot I No lake access, dam at Upper Upper Silver Lake.
