Annual Dues
Dues are currently set at $125 per year per lot. Dues statements are mailed out each spring on April 1 to USLIA members. Dues payments are due by May 1 annually. This amount was last updated in fall 2023 from $100 per lot.
Your Dues Support:
Weed control and lake management: The USLIA contracts with PLM Lake Management for weed control. PLM sprays multiple times per season to manage weeds and algae in Upper Silver and Upper Upper Silver lakes.
Street lights: The street lights around the lake are owned by the Association and we are responsible for their upkeep and the electrical bill.
Common Area improvements and mowing: Common areas are lots that are owned by Association for access by property owners to the lake. We continue to monitor and improve these lots annually.
Maintenance and repair of dams: The USLIA is responsible for managing and maintaining Upper Silver Lake South Dam and Upper Upper Silver Dam (outlot I), and has contributed to the maintenance of Lake Holiday Dam.
Fish plantings: Fish are planted each year in Upper Upper and Upper Silver Lake
Other annual expenses: Postage, legal, insurance, printing supplies, buoys, and taxes
